With the continuous development of oil and gas resources, the mining reservoirdepth is increasing year by year, China’s major oilfields in high water cut stage, lowfluid wells, heavy oil wells increased crude oil development efficiency is low. Theoriginal widely used in beam pumping unit run low efficiency, high energyconsumption, high development costs of crude oil, can not meet the developmentneeds of the "energy saving". New balance beam tower structure long stroke pumpingunit has a long stroke, large load, high efficiency, adaptability advantages. The designand development of this paper, the balance of long stroke pumping inverter controlsystem, play a pumping unit performance, has an important role to reduce thedevelopment costs of crude oil, and promote the development of the nationaleconomy.This paper analyzes the structure of the balance-long stroke pumping unit,according to the main function of the pumping system and the technical indicators, thepumping unit inverter control technology, mechatronics design, the ARM as controlcore, by controlling the inverter Motor VVVF.Through the analysis of the production equipment used in oil fields, to design amicrocontroller-based intelligent pumping unit controller. The controller LPC2378ARM series set the operating frequency of the inverter to control the motor running,the information returned by the inverter: such as the work of the state, runningparameters using microcontroller GPRS module remote send to the control center, thecontrol center receives the information sent by decoding stroke, speed real-time data,so as to realize the remote monitoring of the pumping unit. Bluetooth module on themicrocontroller can be in the range of10meters-25meters, PDAs, wireless way ofthe inverter is set. The temperature sensor on the microcontroller can monitor the temperature of the chassis, once more than the upper limit temperature alarminformation is a way of mobile phone short message sent via GPRS module.The system reduces the cost of oilfield production equipment operation andmaintenance, improve oilfield production automation, intelligent and networkmanagement level, realize remote real-time monitoring, automated operation, andequipment centrally managed, well automatic alarm function, increase production ofthe oil field production to reduce costs and improve enterprise to maximize thebenefits of effective means.
