In the actual work process of rod pumping units, the fluctuation of crank shaft torque isone of the main factors that affect the kinetic balance of the pumping system, and a causeto reduce the life of the equipment. Field test data shows that the application of frequencyconversion technology improves the balance and performance of the pumping systemsignificantly. However, the research lacks theoretical support for dynamic simulation ofpumping systems. Computer simulation and optimization technology is the foundation ofpumping system design and parameter optimization. Firstly, the research ofcomprehensive simulation algorithm based on numerical integration method for rodpumping system was carried out, which would improve the dynamic simulationtechnology. And then, on the basis of the comprehensive simulation algorithm, the paperfocused on the dynamic simulation research for frequency conversion control beampumping systems. Which would provide theoretical guidance for the application offrequency conversion technology in pumping equipment, and would be very important forimproving balance and performance of the pumping system. This paper mainly includesthe following aspects of research:The dynamic performance simulation of the beam pumping system is composed of twonumerical simulation models. One numerical simulation model is built on the basis of themathematical model to describe the crank movement, and the other is set up to describethe sucker rod longitudinal vibration. Taking into consideration the continuity conditionsof beam pumping system, the comprehensive numerical simulation model for the systemwas established based on the above models. The comprehensive simulation algorithm wasproposed.Taking into consideration the influence of frequency conversion on motor parametersand system equivalent driving torque, the dynamic simulation model for frequencyconversion control pumping system was established, and the comprehensive simulationalgorithm was also provided.Taking the frequency of power and belt drive ratio as design variables, the minimumcrank shaft rms torque as objective function, and considering the constraints of pumping unit strokes, time allocation for up and down strokes, frequency variation ranges, thefrequency optimization model was established.With the combination of VB and OpenGL programming, the computer real-timevisualization of beam pumping system based on dynamic simulation results was achieved.And the visualization program was developed.
