The Environmental Impact Assessment And Comprehensive Management Of A Mine Geological Environment

China is rich in mineral resources and has a long mining history, however, due toover-exploitation,mine geologic environment is becoming increasingly serious. Thisarticle take Huoqiu county volcanic building stone using dolomitic limestone miningarea as an example, make a comprehensive environmental impact assessment of themine geologic environment,then take out a comprehensive treatment schemes.Firstly, we gather all the data about the mining area and conduct on-siteinvestigations, we get the basic situation about the mining area: small nonmetallicmine around bush forestlands, there is no village or important facility in the range ofmining, the hydrogeology condition, engineering geology condition andenvironmental geology condition of mining area are simple.After the comprehensive analysis of all the materials and on-site investigations,environmental impact assessment is taken, including Environmental impactassessment and environmental impact prediction. Then on this basic, comprehensiveenvironmental impact assessment of the mine geologic environment is taken. Theresults indicate that conditions of the Huoqiu county building mining are: the slope ofthe mining area as a whole is stable, except the northeast area; geological hazard riskis small. Consequently, in the mining process, we should strictly accord with theexploration projects, exploit level by level. At the same time, in case of collapse andlandslips, protective safety measures must be taken. There is no critical impact on thewater resource and environment around the mining area, so basically the area issuitable for mining.According to property and extent of geological environment problem in the area,the research area is divided into comprehensive treatment area (Ⅰ)and comprehensivetreatment area(Ⅱ). Mine geologic environment protects projection includesintercrepting drain projects, road maintenance projects, irrigation canal projects. Thenwe set the construction pathway, construction sequence, construction requirementsand set principal and goal of land restoration. Feasibility appraisement of land restoration shows that the area is feasible to restore into forestland/breeds watersurface. the total area of land restoration is about105.9acres;8920trees and160lianaare needed for ecological restoration, the rate of land restoration may reach100%.wemake sure monitoring subject and content,4monitoring point is set.On the basic of investment and assessment, this paper take out comprehensivetreatment project, we take out an effective treatment measurements of Huoqiu countyvolcanic building stone using dolomitic limestone mining area, at the same time, wealso hope to provide some references the protection, treatment and remediation of themine geological environment issue, providing scientific basis for mine geologicalenvironment issue and comprehensive measurements.
