China is the world’s largest producer and supplier of fused magnesia. However, domestic process system of fused magnesia has fallen behind with "high energy consumption","high pollution","low grade" and serious waste of resources and energy, which has restricted the development of fused magnesia process in China. So we must develop a new generation of energy-saving production technology of fused magnesium.My subject comes from the Productivity Center in Liaoning Province to declare support for projects of national science and technology-"fused magnesium industry, technology integration demonstration and application of circular economy projects", and its sub-project is "energy conservation fused magnesium new process".To develop a new generation of fused magnesia production systems, existing thermal diagnosis on fused magnesium production systems is essential. So I do thermal calculation on a typical fused magnesium production process, and make energy balance.This paper studied the energy conservation on production of fused magnesia, and got the breakthrough of fused magnesia’s system’energy conservation and optimization by the calculation and thermal analysis, which is to recovery the effective heat.Recycling waste heat fused magnesium lump the key problem is to analyze the crystallization process of magnesium lump variation of temperature and cooling process. So I has set up a lump of fused magnesium crystal solidification and cooling process of mathematical model, and verified the correctness of the simulation by the on-site testing of the cooling process.I presented a new technology route of fused magnesium-energy on saving energy by numerical simulation. Waste heat recycling of the fused magnesia lump of is divided into two stages of before breaking and broken, and then matched the energy level and comprehensive utilized of flue gases and different temperatures of hot air from fused magnesia lump. Part of them used to preheat the materials in the processes, part used for cogeneration.Through the above study, and in accordance with the system energy conservation and industrial ecology system theory, I first form a complete new technology of fused magnesia process based on system energy conservation. It includes four technologies:pretreatment of raw materials, fused magnesia production process, the sub-classification recycling and comprehensive utilization of fused magnesia lump and flue gases, and recycling of CO2. The new technology makes the full use of the whole process’s energy, achieves "zero emissions", avoids environmental pollution, and improves the quality of fused magnesia product in the lowest energy consumption condition.The article provide a new energy saving system results framework for the whole fused magnesium industry, make theoretical analysis for the key issues and lay a theoretical foundation for the process.
