The purpose of optimizing the temperature was to determine the reasonable tundish temperature and stability superheat temperature. The stability of tundish temperature and superheat temperature are depend on the stability of each process temperature of the steelmaking and continous casting and the stability change between process. Accurately understanding of temperature drop of molten steel transport of each process node, temperature of the continuous casting process and time can be made a good link,matching,stable,continuous between the various processes and process.Process temperature,process time and the productivity of countinous casting were determined as the goal of the optimal of the temperature flow,by using the theory of process control and optimization of the iron and steel manufacturing process.Combining the reaction mechanism of steelmaking and process,analysying the process factors affector the process temperature drop of the steelmaking and continous casting process,we use the multiple regression to esatblish a model of the processes of the process temperature drop.Second,resolved the time temperatur and the material quality of each process.Quantitative grasp the systerm basic parameters’s operation rules.On this basis,making sure the process temperature drop,process time and the productivity of continuous casting machine as the goal of the optimal of the temperature flow and make the constrains by resolving the process time and process temperatur and combine the actual process requirement of the production process. At last, determing use the genetic algorithem solving the optimization model of the steelmaking and countinous casting temperature folow.After establishing the model of the temperature flow optimization of the steelmaking and continous casting process,give the reasonble temperature of each process,with determining the steel and the case of superheat.
