The Design And Development Of Steelmaking Continuous Casting And Mould Casting Scheduling System

The steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting make the key roll in steelmaking, and also the key working procedure in modern steelmaking company, which directly affects the production cost and economy benefit. It is the key in steelmaking schedule problem that to realize optimizing schedule plan, decrease product cost, reduce epense, balance material flow and increase production efficiency. For certen kinds of steel can only be produced by mould casting, there are still mould casting machines in some steelmaking company. For the reason of that, it is needed to study steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting schedule method. And it is significant important and valueable to develop steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting schedule system.This thesis is based on some large steelmaking company. It is analyzed the produre of steelmaking, the complexity of steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting is deeply studied; the schedule policy and method of steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting is brought out, and the mixing static schedule software system is designed and developed. The main content is as follows:1. According to the flow of actual procduct procedure, basing on the description schedule process and complexity analysis, the whole and half charge priority compositor policy is brought out;2. On the base of the anterior policy, it is brought out that the batch splitting scheduling policy of steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting, including the heuristic schedule method of the whole and half continuous casting charge, half continuous casting charge and mixed deadline mould casting charge, the whole continuous casting charge and mixed deadline mould casting charge, and the comprehensive method of the steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting batch, on the basis of summing the schedule policy of steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting;3. Based on the schedule method of steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting, the schedule system is designed, and developed module including initialization module, data input/output module, interface module, data processing module and main schedule method module in visual studio 2005;4. Tested by the actual data, firstly the validity of the software function is verified; furthermore it is verified to be efficacy that the schedule method and policy of the steelmaking continuous casting and mould casting, by constracting the estimation tagets to the former schedule results including ration of convertor load, ratio of finery load, average daily finery load, average daily equipment load, average complete time of each charge, average daily redundancy time. It is verified the system in this paper is better and more efficiency than the former system.
