| In recent years, as many large machinery on the transmission of the request has been close to or exceed the capacity limit of DC motor, so high-power synchronous motor AC drive system has replaced the position of the DC motor drive. Now more and more high-power synchronous motors are used in the rolling mill, mine hoist, marine propulsion, cement ball mill and other low-speed, large capacity of the occasions.In this paper, the research of main drive speed control system is with4200mm rolling mill plate works of BAOSTEEL as the background. Through the use of the fuzzy IMC control algorithms, the performance of the speed control system is further optimized.First, there is an overview of the high-power synchronous motor AC to AC frequency conversion vector control system. Introduce the vector control theory of synchronous motor briefly, and analyze the structure of the high-power synchronous motor vector control system. Establish the mathematical model of the AC to AC frequency conversion vector control system after reading lots of references.Secondly, in order to analyze the performance of the high-power synchronous motor speed control system, the traditional PID control algorithm is used to design the speed and current dual-loop structure. For the purpose of researching the performance of the high-power synchronous motor speed control system deeply, the software MATLAB is used to simulate the speed control system, and through the simulation, the pros and cons of the traditional PID algorithm can be analyzed.The internal model control (IMC) algorithm is used to design the speed control system. The internal model control is described simply in the paper, and its basic principle and characteristics are introduced in detail. Then through the MATLAB simulation, the comparison with the traditional PID control algorithm and the internal model control algorithm can be made easily.Finally, after introducing the fuzzy control theory and characteristics, fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters on the basis of the internal model control, which gets the better performance of the speed control system is added, and there is a certain reference value for the parameter setting and maintenance of the actual system. |
