During the later period of the oil exploration, as the produced fluid contents too muchwater, the demulsification and antiscale of the produced fluid become a key point in the oiland gas gathering system. There are many serious problems during the oil production, such asuncompleted demulsification of the crude oil and the scaling of the gathering andtransportation system. In view of this situation, this subject focused on the ASP floodingproduced liquid, studied the influence of the actual operating conditions change to theproduced fluid composition, and the effect and mutual compatibility of the demulsifiers, scaleinhibitors and flocculants in the produced fluid.Together with research and chemical analysis, firstly, according to the produced fluidcomposition and characteristics of the system environment, this paper studied the structuralfeatures and composition of the oilfield produced liquid, and researched on the influence ofthe production conditions to the produced fluid. Secondly, we majored in the demulsification, scale and flocculation, the dehydration rate for complete index, studied the influence ofreaction temperature, concentration, reaction time, pH, polymer and surfactant chemicals, according to the compatibility experiments, the paper offered the interaction of the chemicalagents. The results showed that all the demulsifiers, scale inhibitors and flocculants are watersoluble additives. The best using conditions of the demulsifier are as follows:50-60℃, pHvalue of about8, concentration of30-50mg/L;to anticrustator:40℃, pH valueof about7,concentration of30mg/L; to flocculant:50-60℃, pH value of about10, concentration of10-20mg/L.Compatibility experiments showed that scale inhibitors and anti-redeposition agents havevarying degrees of effect on the demulsifier performance; demulsifier and defoamer have anadverse effect against the deposition agent, so should not add at the same time; demulsifiercan strengthen the flocculants, while both the anti-redeposition agents and defoamers haveside effects on flocculants.
