Jack-up platform is widely used in offshore oil exploitation, and the leg and spudcan are prone to damage, scour and bearing capacity decreased, which affect the safety and durability of the platform. Therefore, obtaining the above information and building the safety identification model are crucial.ANSYS software is used to build the finite element model which reflects the interaction between platform and soil. The stress hotspot location, the damage identification method of stress field, scouring and bearing capacity identification model of jack-up’s leg and spudcan are studied. The main contents and achievements are as follows:1.In order to reflect the interaction between platform and soil accurately, and ensure the accuracy of the calculation results, the overall finite element model between platform and soil is built.2. The stress distribution of jack-up’s leg and spudcan in normal operation, self-existence and migration is analyzed, and the stress hotspot locations are obtained. When the structure at the stress hotspot location is damaged or not, the distribution of stress field is changed. Through the comparative analysis of the changes of stress field before and after the damage, we can make sure the right damage location. In this paper, the damage identification methods based on the stress field is reliable and feasible.3. The relationship between the stress field and the scour depth of Jack-up’s leg and spudcan is analyzed, and the scouring identification model is built by the finite element analysis and BP neural network algorithm, at the same time, the error is less than10%of the actual scouring depth. The scouring identification model has important theoretical significance and good value in engineering for the safety assessment of jack-up platform;4. Bearing capacity identification model of Jack-up’s leg and spudcan can be used to determine the changes of bearing capacity. When the bearing capacity of one pile changes, others will change. The changing trend of two piles on the diagonal are the same.5.The visual interface of intelligent recognition model of jack-up is created by visual studio, and it makes the process of recognition clear and understandable.
