With the worsening global climate, the increasing demands of carbon emission reduction,as a lower cost to achieve the same kind of row of the purpose of carbon emissions tradingscheme came into being. The key measure to climate change is to reduce greenhouse gasemissions, the most important of which is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. China is facedwith both the practical needs of the fast and stable development of economy and improvingpeople’s living standards and the responsibility to reduce carbon emissionsand to protect theenvironment. In this circumstance, the development of low-carbon economy and carbonemissions trading system is the only way to sustainable development of our society. In this paper, we study carbon emissions trading market under the conditions of twodifferent initial quota with mathematical modeling, model analysis, comparative analysis andempirical analysis. At first, we sort out the current situation of the domestic and internationalcarbon emissions trading, secondly, we review the basic knowledge of the theory of the firmrelated to carbon emissions trading and game theory, and then compare the various initialallocation of carbon emission rights and select the distribution ways of the two most commonlyused method and establish two different kinds of carbon emissions trading model based onthese two different allocation methods, at last, we confirmed the conclusions of the two tradingmodels through comparative studies and empirical research. Theoretical and empirical researchon carbon emissions trading market has made the following findings:(1) The initial allocation of carbon emission rights in China should adopt a combinationof a variety of ways, first of all the total industry initial quota should be determined based onhistorical emissions of carbon emissions in all sectors, then the total industry amount of carbonemissions quotas should redistributed to the various manufacturers in the same industryaccording to a specific method.(2) After determining the initial quota of carbon emissions of the industry, at this stage thecarbon emission rights should be determined in accordance with the historical emissions quotaof manufacturers, while at the long run it should be determined in accordance with the outputvalue of various manufacturers.(3) The carbon emissions trading will give benefits to the parties involved in thetransaction and can effectively reduce the total abatement costs, so China should activelypromote the carbon emissions trading.(4) To improve the enthusiasm of the manufacturers to participate in the carbon emissionstrading, China should seek to reduce the cost of carbon emissions trading of the manufacturers and increase the publicity of carbon emissions trading. This innovation of this paper is shown as follows:(1) We deduce the two different carbon emissions trading model after two differentcarbon emission right quota, and the two trading models have proven that the carbon emissionstrading can supply the parties involved in the transaction with intrest, and in accordance withthe results of two different transaction models we put forward the measures which should betaken by the relevant sectors.(2) We erect the emissions trading model from the specific point of view of carbon to thevendor’s, and quantitatively derived the intrest quantity of carbon emissions trading for thevarious vendors involved in the transaction and the society as a whole. The research results canbe used for further quantitative studies and policy formulation reference. The establishment and improvement of China’s carbon emissions trading marketmechanism requires the joint efforts of the whole society. The ongoing theoretical explorationand technological innovation is necessary to create a carbon emissions trading marketmechanism with Chinese characteristics, which can promote the development of enterprisecarbon chain good environment.
