As the mining of the copper and zinc mine, the discharging of Waste from metallurgical and galvanizing plant, the long-term extensive use of fungicides with copper and the compost of urban waste, soil pollution by copper and zinc is getting serious, the restoring of heavy metal-contaminated soil is very important. The phytoremediation study being solved of the problem becomes heats, which is critical to find hyper accumulator and patience plants, this paper studying of accumulation of copper and zinc in Ludwigia prostrata Roxb, provides reference material for the restoring of heavy metal contaminated soil. This paper sets copper disposal, zinc disposal and the composite disposal of copper zinc, copper disposal designs six concentration gradients (0,125,250,500,750,1000), zinc disposal also designs six concentration gradients (0,125,250,500,1000,2000), the composite disposal of copper zinc designs four concentration gradients (125Cu+125Zn,125Cu+250Zn,250Cu+125Zn,250Cu+250Cu), Each concentration gradient repeat three times, pot experiment is conducted to study effect of copper and zinc on Ludwigia prostrata Roxb (including in effect on the symptoms of poisoning, plant height, biomass), accumulation of copper and zinc (content, accumulation, enriched coefficient) and the interaction of the copper zinc pollution on it, The main results are as follows:Growth, height and biomass of Ludwigia prostrata Roxb after added copper or zinc into soil is less than CK, falling as the increasing of copper or zinc concentration, but in low concentration (Cul25mg/kg, Znl25mg/kg and Zn250mg/kg) reduction is not apparent and the difference is more inconspicuous than CK, while it is not on high concentration;Copper (zinc) content of root, stems and leaf is increasing with the increasing of copper (zinc) concentration added into soil, the content and enriched coefficient of copper are root>leaf>Stems, but they are Stems>root>leaf for zinc, the enriched coefficient is reducing with the increase of copper (zinc) concentration in soil;Copper accumulation in the root or stems is more than in leaf, with the increasing of copper concentration, copper accumulations of root and leaf show increased and then decreased, it is increased and decreased and then increased in stems; zinc accumulation is in stems>> leaf>root, with the increasing of zinc concentration, the root and Stems of zinc accumulation are increased and then decreased, it is increased and decreased and then increased in leaf; The copper and zinc have the interaction on Ludwigia prostrata Roxb, as to injury symptoms and biomass, more Hurting and less biomass are composite pollution than copper or zinc pollution, copper and zinc have a cooperative effect. But they are each blocking I for the content, copper contain plants to absorb the zinc, zinc contain plants to absorb the copper.
