This article have discussed the huge function of membrane integration technology inwastewater resource utilization,and designed two film integrated process engineering,accomplished enrichment experiment of the useful material in sewage by membraneintegration technology.And make a research and analysis on the current status of our waterreuse and the relative merits of the wastewater resources utilization through collect a largenumber of literature,which illuminated the broad prospects and the application of filmintegrated technology in wastewater utilization.Over the course of the study include two specific film integrated technology project anda wastewater reuse experiment,the research include the design,debugging,installation andoperation records analysis of the engineering,and the design.test of the wastewater reuseexperiment.The specific projects respectively is corn oil wastewater treatment,recycling ofacid and alkali liquid engineering,and the experiment is the enrichment of caprolactamwastewater.According to the nature of corn oil waste water,designed the wate reuse bymembrane integration technology.The process used biological pretreatment and ultrafiltrationplus reverse osmosis system to make water to be reuse standard.Recycling alkali and acidliquid engineering in addition to make water reuse,the acid and alkali of waste have bennrecovery too,and become raw materials.According to molecular weight and characteristics ofacid and alkali, design the ultrafiltration plus nanofiltration wastewater process system.Themain idea is to use the selective permeability of nanofiltration to recovery material, realize thereproduction. Through the design of process,the law of arrangement of membrane anddifferent membrane processing characteristics have been study.As the main process aredetermined thar the arrangement is2-1of the nanofiltration membrane.The water qualitydischarged is good while processed of membrane integration technology, the desalination rateof reverse osmosis can achieve98%above,the removal rate of chroma and SS were above90%;The water quality discharged reached the reuse standards,and renewable water can beused as a production process water;about the recycling of materials,acid and alkali’s recoverywere over85%,regeneration of acid and alkali can be used as raw material.Wastewater reuseexperiment is adopted the membrane integration technology to recyling the caprolactam from wastewater.Caprolactam wastewater was treated by GE reverse osmosis,the record shows thatwater desalination rate reached98%and99.1%,the content of concentrated water increasedfrom3%to6%.Determine the right recovery process by membrane integration technology toenrich caprolactam through the investigation,and provide theoretical basis and technicalsupport for the amplification of the project.According to the installation, operation and commissioning in locale,various problemsare analyzed and solved, and discussed the influence factors of recovery andcommissioning.Learning the operation method of membrane process equipment duringdebugging,and the control of valve and pump,the membrane cleaning and protection is themost neended attention.To analysis economic benefits of the process,and make a economicevaluation of the membrane integration technology project,which prove in obtain goodeconomic benefits while also brought good environmental benefits.Set up a health andenvironmental image for enterprises.According to the research and practice of water reuse project,the characteristics andengineering application situation of membrane integration technology have been studiedsystematacially,going forward the application prospect of membrane integration technology inthe field of petroleum chemical industry,metallurgy light industry and environmentalprotection,and illuminated the technological advantages of membrane integration technologyin wastewater resource utilization.Membrane integration technology will make a vitalfunction in water reuse and resources recycle,which play an important role on the promotionof our water reuse cause and solution of the water crisis problem.
