Xinjiang is a large province of drought and water shortage, protection and utilization of water resources is a very important subject. With the rapid development of social economy and the expansion of population, water pollution trend is increasingly becoming the focus of attention. Based on the research of Urumqi River’s water environment quality evaluation and pollution trend analysis method, develop suitable countermeasures of pollution prevention and Control for the Urumqi River.Firstly, according to the Urumqi river section pollution analysis and the water quality monitoring data, based on the analysis of conventional water quality model, make use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to judge The Urumqi River level, principal component analysis method is used to calculate the main factor score of major pollutants, identification, to determine the pollution contribution rate. Thus two kinds of water quality evaluation results provide a theoretical basis for the pollution prevention and control.Secondly, the water quality trend analysis, combined with the Urumqi River in recent years monitoring data, analysis of each section of the pollution index changes, using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient method to calculate the understanding of river water quality trend, and have the profound understanding of rivers in recent years trend of pollution situation.Finally, the evaluation results indicated the principal component scores of the power company Bridge of The Urumqi River is the highest and its water pollution is the most serious. The second is the bridge of Gao family, the scores of The Hero bridge and The Bridge leap are the lowest, then the water quality safety. Effect the first principal component of the index of ammonia nitrogen, petroleum, CODMn, the second main components include BOD5and volatile phenol. Ammonia nitrogen index is mainly caused by sewage. CODMn, BOD5and oil and other organic matter, mainly from the domestic sewage, and food animal husbandry sewage discharge of industrial waste water.In conclusion, research Urumqi River comprehensive evaluation and trend analysis, and on this basis put forward water pollution measures. Make the rational utilization of water resources in Urumqi city. Control the water environment pollution, grasp the characteristics and regularity of the water quality. Thus can protect water resources of the Urumqi river better, and provide security for the protection of The Urumqi city water resources.
