In recent years, with the development in science and technology, manyareas were mentioned higher requirements to optoelectronic material, a novelof optoelectronic materials appear and the performance of original materialsystem were improved constantly. Mesoporous materials have attractedextensive attention owing to their great potential applications.To date,mostresearches in mesoporous materials are focused on the synihesis of novelmesoporous materials and their functionalizations for application.Furthermore owing to the unique property of the electron,light,magnetism,and the synthesizing of the rare-earth elements doped in luminescent materialswith special size and studying the luminescence properties of mesoporousmaterials are of theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the rare-earth elements doped in mesoporous lanthanumoxide, zirconium oxide and titanium oxide were prepared through variousmethods and do the rare earth ions doped and a detailed study of theluminescent properties of the samples when the rare earth ion single dopedand co-doped mesoporous materials.Meanwhile undertook the quantitativeanalysis for rare earth ions of co-doping. Be attributed to the development ofluminescent materials with special morphology and undertake beneficialexploration, the main content of this paper summarized as follows:Firstly,introduced the preparation and research of the materials.In theexperimental,the rare-earth element doped in mesoporous lanthanum oxidewas synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method and sixteen alkyl threemethyl ammonium bromide used as template and rare earth ion doping whichprepared by La2O3: RE (Eu3+,Tb3+) and La2O3: RE (Eu3+, Tb3+,Gd3+,Dy3+) pore structure of luminescent material,finally to the characterization of samples.The studings show that there were obvious effect on theirluminescent properties of mesoporous lanthanum oxide which single dopingand co-doping rare-earth ions with high temperature roasting treatment. Thismethod has simple process,mild condition and mesoporous structure canalso be controlled. Rare earth ions co-doping will be enhanced luminescenceintensity with in a certain range from luminescenct properties.Secondly, mesoporous zirconia was prepared by homogeneousprecipitation method and used the sixteen alkyl three methyl ammoniumbromide as template and undertake assembling of the rare-earth ions.Thestructure and characterization of optical of the mesoporous materials werecharacterized by XRD、BET and DTA-TG,etc. The results show that, thesynthesis of ZrO2: RE (Eu3+,Tb3+,Gd3+,Dy3+) mesoporous luminescentmaterial has good pore structure, and ZrO2: Eu3+,Gd3+mesoporous emitsstrong red light under excitation by ultraviolet light.This method use of moregeneral in preparation of mesoporous materials, so it can be developed forgeneral method and application in preparation of the other mesoporousluminescent material.The luminous intensity of Tb3+stronger than the singledoping, it was attributed to the energy transfer between Gd3+toTb3+in ZrO2:Gd3+, Tb3+systems.Thiredly,mesoporous titania luminescent materials were prepared byhydrolysis precipitation method and the structure and luminescent propertieswere characterized by XRD、BET、DTA-TG,etc.At the result show that,the prepared mesoporous titanium dioxide luminescent materials has regularpore structure and the luminescent properties are improved obviously whendoped Gd3+ions in TiO2: Eu3+luminescent material.
