Heterocyclic componds play a very important role in organic chemistry. As a kind of important nitrogen heterocyclic compounds, the pyrrole derivatives usually show important biological and pharmaceutical activities and exist widely in the natural products, they are also the key structures of many drugs and functional materials. Thus, exploring efficient methods for the synthesis of pyrrole derivatives is of great importance and attracked much attention of chemists. This thesis is focus on the efficient synthesis of pyrrole derivatives under green chemical conditions.We developed an efficient Clauson-Kass pyrrole synthesis of2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran and amine in water by employing copper chloride as catalyst, afforded corresponding products with excellent yields under mild conditions.We found that β-CD is good catalyst for the promotion of Paal-Knorr pyrrole synthesis of2,5-hexanedione and amine. This strategy provides a metal-free method to synthesis pyrrole derivatives with broad substrate scope and high yields. These methods we developed have several advantages, such as simple operation, cheap catalyst and green solvent, thus showed potential ultility in the synthesis of pyrrole derivatives.
