The guide bar shogging of warp knitting machine is an important component part ofweaving process, the process change of products are decided by the guide bars shogging. Theshogging mechanism’s performance of warp knitting machine is directly related to the speedof the machine, the stability of the machine and the value of the products. The mechanicalshogging mechanism can’t meet the requirements of the market, because of the small batch,multispecies and short cycle for products. In the study of high-speed electronic shogging ofwarp knitting machine, although linear motor, which control to guide bar shogging, can meetthe demands, but it is expensive. Therefore, the research to low cost of the rotation motor,which controlling guide bar shogging, is imminent.The paper, firstly, introduced the development process of shogging mechanism on warpknitting machine detailedly, and analyzed that there is a very big disparity domestic withabroad on electronic shogging of high speed warp knitting machine, in view of this, it isconcluded that the significance of this topic.Then the guide bars shogging of high speed warp knitting machine which controlled bythe rotation motor is analyzed, and the system structure of electronic shogging and thecontrolling principle are expounded, summarizes the features of electronic shogging system,and through the contrast experiment to analysis the influence that angle of shogging to thespeed on the high speed warp knitting machine.And then the paper research the control and mechanical structure on guide bar shoggingof high speed warp knitting machine based on rotation moter control. In the optimizingprocess to control system, through analysising to three kind of control modes and controlalgorithms, a kind of control system of electronic shogging was designed which based ontorque control mode, in the control system, fistly, designing a motion law curve of electroniccam based on technology, planning speed curve of shogging in advance, realizing theflexibility impact of the guide bars shogging and high precision, and then optimizing designedthe spindle device, through calculation and analysis, the suitable servo drive system waschosen, in order to improve the dynamic response of the whole control system; Theoptimization to mechanical structure of electronic shogging provide a guarantee for highperformance control system playing, therefore, it is very important to analysis the ball screwrigidity and precision, rotation-linear transform device installations, the frame structure ofshogging, the coaxial of shaft coupling and motor shaft, and the size of the plunger and replyspring.The last, in this paper, in order to reduce the effect, which the vibration to shoggingprecision of the high speed warp knitting machine, the guide bar shogging vibration dynamicmodel is established, and it is analyzed that should adopt high rigidity, lightweight materialson the design of the guide bar; In addition, through the contrast test, which verified the10millimetre guide process ball screw is more advantages on the dynamic and stability; and thenanalysis and verify the high stability of the new design shogging frame by establishing thedynamic model and experimental results; A experimental platform of shogging was built after verified the properties of designed shogging mechanical structure, and after verfied a highdynamic response which using the speed planning curve of isosceles triangle, in order toverify the advantage of torque control mode, in this platform, the dynamic response of threekinds control modes are analyzed from the way of motor speed curve and vibration ofshogging guide bars, finally it is able to confirm that the torque control mode can make thedynamic response of the control system have a great improvement.In short, the subject, on the basis of analyzing the shogging of guide bars on high speedwarp knitting machine, successfully developed and optimization designed a set of low costguide bar shogging system based on the rotate moter, it is important to raise the level of theautomation on high speed warp knitting machine our country.
