Ecological environment quality assessment is defined according to the selected index system, using the method of comprehensive evaluation evaluation of a regional ecological environment quality, as the environmental assessment and environmental impact assessment of the reference standard, or providing basic basis for environmental planning and environmental construction.The research is Based on the theory of conceptual framework of Eco-environmental Status Evaluation, integration of remote sensing, GIS and evaluation model combining technique in Qinghai Lake Basin, wetland as the object of study, the scientific division of study area and unit drawing, eventually on the target region ecological environment quality assessment, and the analysis of the experimentation area of ecological problems reasons and puts forward the regulation control measures. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) According to the Qinghai Lake watershed wetland present situation as well as the regional ecological characteristics, choosing climate factors, vegetation factors, soil factors, hydrological factors and social economy to build the main body frame of Qinghai Lake watershed wetland ecological environment quality evaluation system, and choosing11indicators from above.(2) Using RS and GIS technology combined by means of remote sensing images for wetland information extraction, to extract vegetation, water, soil and other factors in the area of information, combined with land use, meteorological, statistical yearbook data acquisition of each index factor value.(3) Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct judgement matrix and calculate weight. Using the logistic growth curve model to calculate the individual evaluation value, at last using ecological quality comprehensive evaluation model of Qinghai Lake Basin in Gangcha, Hanyan,Tianjun and the Gonghe. The results showed that:In Gangcha,the wetland ecological environment quality evaluation value is0.61, Tianjun is0.54, Hanyan is0.44, and Gonghe is0.36. According to the standard of the Qinghai Lake watershed wetland ecological environmental quality assessment, Gangcha’s ecological environment quality grade in a better level, Tianjun and Hanyan are general, Gonghe is relatively poor.(4) According to the research results,in the light of Qinghai Lake Basin wetland ecological environment quality present situation, following the principle of sustainable development to analysize the wetland quality changes from natural and artificial factors, and from resource, population, environment and other aspects to consider, puting forward the ecological environment quality improvement proposal in Qinghai Lake wetland.
