| Mine gas accident is repeated in China, which serious threat safety production ofcoal mine and sustainable development, therefore, gas drainage reasonably andefficiently is very important to high-gas coal mine. According to the characteristics oflarge mining height, high output, and the large amount of coal gas emission in workingface, studying gas comprehensive prevention technology to fully mechanized coalcaving face of Shiquan mine, providing theory basis for later gas control.The thesis is on the basis of consulting and summarizing of forefather’s experience,Through surveying and studying on site, collecting the material, theoretical study, fieldtesting and actual confirmation, analyzing rule of gas movement and gas reserves ofmining coal face in Shiquan and analyzing field date of gas emission. We find the data islarge different between theory and practical. The production is often stopped becausegas out of limit in upper corner and return roadway.This paper according to the practical situation of mine,optimization of existing gasdrainage system in premise of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, itwill meet the requirements of production now. We reached parameters such as drainagedrill hole depth, drill diameter, drill spacing which are suitable for Shiquan coal mine.Through measured data field data and theory simulation and it will reduce the cost,improve the drainage efficiency. |
