The traditional engineering analogy was used when NO.4seam roadway supporting inNanyangpo coal mine。It has great blindness of selecting supporting form and deigningsupporting parameters。Unsafe hidden danger of present supporting method was found inproduction practice。It often has the phenomenon of roof caving in the seam roadway。The livesof coal miners were suffering from serious threaten,it is bad for safety production. Based on thedescription above, the research of NO.4seam roadway supporting technology is necessary, inorder to ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock and safety production。On the basis of geology geomechanics analysis, roof rock coring、roof peeping、broken rockcircle measure、anchor cable force measuring were implemented at haulage gate and railcrossheading of the NO.4101and NO.4103coal face。The existing physical and mechanicalparameters of Nanyangpo coal mine were combined, surrounding rock structure and mechanicalproperties and roadway strata behavior regularity were revealed in the mining roadway fromdifferent aspects。Reliable design basis of the support parameters of coal mine roadways wasprovided by the analysis of field test data in Nanyangpo coal mine。Different supporting schemes were proposed by analysising plastic zone distribution andstress distribution and vertical displacement of roadway surrounding rock with Flac3d numericalsimulation software。Scientific and rational supporting method was determined by technical andeconomic comparison。It was applied at NO.4103haulage gate。The supporting method wastimely modified by deep basic point displacement monitoring the bed separation of roadway’ssides and roof。...
