Oil shale as a kind of important complementary and alternative energy, because of its hugereserves and rich comprehensive utilization value,cause more and more attention. It is mainlyunderground mining for oil shale in our country.Therefor, stability mechanism of oil shale rockroadway has an important influence on mining of oil shale. This article take Huadian in Jilin fora background. Through carrying out basic mechanical parameters test of oil shale and oil shalecreep experiment,it obtained basic mechanical parameters and creep parameters of oilshale.Through Burgers model with plastic which accords with M-C criteria in series,itestablishes nonlinear creep model which considers changes of parameters. Conduct numericalsimulation using a second development model which is developed by the FLAC3D software,simulate the stress and strain law of excavated disturbance and timeliness of oil shale,summarize the surrounding rock deformation law of oil shale, and conduct numericalsimulation for the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock of oil shale.The resultsshow that adopting the Shotcreting nets Anchor cable Fully enclosed U steel which is a plasticitystents supporting scheme is benefit for creep control effect of soft rock of oil shale roadway.
