To solve dust pollution at crusher, Dust concentration and feature are tested at first crusherand second crusher of Ping Shuo Anjialing coal preparation plant. Basis of test data andslip-spread particle trajectory model, sparse turbulent air-solid two phase flow field could bedescribed. Thus particle trajectory equations of motion are established. According to thesimulation, computer could track the trajectory of movement of dust. The fugitive law andpollution mechanism of dust are analyzed by the simulation results. Based on the basiccharacteristic of dust at crusher, It is useful ultrasonic atomization and flexible wind net solvedust. It is obviously effective all parts of dust sprayed. Air flowing could seriously affect effectwhen dust sprayed. Apparently flexible wind net is set within five hundred meters aroundcrusher to reduce wind disturbance.Dust concentration is tested at crusher and simulated after control program applied Result issimilar and dust concentration at seriously dust polluted point is reduced down the level ofnational standard. Slip-spread particle trajectory model adapts dust field at crusher. Fugitivemechanism of dust can be known more by the simulation of dust migration. Meanwhile controlprogram is proved effective and reliable. It makes good sense of solving high dust concentrationat large space by above mentioned conclusion and research methods.
