Coal mine gas is the main source of mine disasters and hazards,chinese coal mines morethan70%are caused by coal mine gas accident,preventing and controlling gas is an importantlink and governance focus in the coal mine safety work. mine gas drainage is an important linkin the process of coal mining,is a strong professional technology,,used mainly in coal mine gasmonitoring and ensure the safety of coal mining.Coal mine gas automatic drainage system is formed of aerial Kingview parts andunderground PLC control system,PLC control system use Mitsubishi FX2N-type PLC-controlledcore. Underground system collect and processe the various sensors’ data and possed it to and gaspumping station Combining data fusion theory,aerial computer screen transfer human-computerinteraction, shows imagely coal mine gas’s all running links and status, achieve the goal ofreal-time monitoring.This paper designs hardware, software, configuration monitoring picture, enhanced drivingcircuit for CAN bus, analysises of multi-sensor data fusion theory used in the system.Coal minegas automatic drainage system have fully、stable and reliable function, reduce the humanresources while ensure mine safety, improve production efficiency and economic benefit of coalmines.
