The coal industry is the relationship between the basic industry international people’slivelihood,and high-risk industries. In recent years, with the rapid economic development of ourcountry, coal mine accidents have occurred, safety production problems by more and morecountries, governments, and extensive attention of the whole society. A large coal mine accidentresults of the survey show that people’s unsafe behavior is caused by a major source of coal mineaccidents, In the realization of the process of coal mine production safety. Emotional problemsof the miners play an important role in the cause of unsafe behavior of psychological factors.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper takes the miners as the object, presenting anempirical study of the assumptions and models. Then use interviews, questionnaires form ofempirical research, using SPSS15.0software and AMOS7.0related confirmatory analysis,descriptive statistics and variance analysis, the different individual variable differences betweenthe situation of the source of negative emotions.The results show that, tired, irritable, pessimistic, negative feelings of anxiety are morecommon in miners; Job characteristics, organizational factors, personal factors, miners workingrelationship is the main source of negative emotions, while job satisfaction and unsafe behaviorand common emotions, there was significant negative correlation.Therefore, prevention, relief and elimination of negative emotions miners to help them inimproving job satisfaction and less miners safe line, made from the organization and individuallevel management strategies.
