With the rapid development of national economy, environmental pollution becomes moreand more serious. People have to deal with environmental pollution seriously in order to keepsustainable development. China is a big agricultural country, so environmental impacts becauseof so large-scale agricultural production can’t be ignored, and agricultural non-point sourcepollution contributes a main part of the influence. The effect of simulating agricultural non-point source pollution depends on quantificationextent of the research. Meanwhile, the key to assess pollution and early-warn is sharingagricultural non-point source pollution information. The long-term hydrologic impact assessmentmodel (L-THIA) is used to simulate non-point source pollution loads, and this helps quantize thestudy of agricultural non-point source pollution. Daguhe agricultural non-point source pollutioninformation releasing system based on ArcGIS Server is established to share the information. In this study, TM images of Daguhe River basin in1999,2000and2009were classified asWater, Agricultural, High Density Residential, Low Density Residential, Grass, Forest, andIndustrial. Hydrologic soil was divided into A, B, C, and D four grades based on soil physicalproperties.20years of hydrological data were organized into20×366matrix. The rows werelabeled years, and the columns were labeled days. With the support of land use types data, hydrologic soil data and long-term historicalrainfall data, non-point source pollution loads spatial distribution information is obtained byrunning L-THIA model. It makes the research quantized. On this basis, agricultural non-pointsource pollution spatial distribution information releasing system based on ArcGIS Server wasestablished to share the information. This has not only monitored and early-warned the conditionof agricultural non-point source pollution at Daguhe watershed, but also gives guidance toagricultural production. It also makes the research of agricultural non-point source pollutionmore quantized.
