Wool and cashmere fibre is one of the oldest textile fibers for human use. Humans in the Neolithic age have probably begun to use. Fiber products because they have a lot of excellent features, so their fiber products have been hit by consumers of all ages. Although after bleaching, colors are removed, but for luxury fabrics, whiteness remains unable to meet requirements; Purple cashmere fiber containing the rare Green Velvet, cashmere and Red cashmere fiber; as with darker purple cashmere itself, processing of textile products only natural color or a darker color, so purple velvet application is very restricted. So whether it is a wool or cashmere fiber, requires further bleaching and decoloration to meet demand.Cashmere fibre is also called Kai Simi, cashmere fibers are generally divided into four colors of white, blue, red, violet. Cashmere fiber relative to more delicate, smooth, warm, wool fibers resilient. Cashmere fibre is known as "soft gold". From the production point, the world makes about wool production in cashmere fibre1%. White cashmere fibre is very few, bleaching of cashmere is very necessary.At present, the application at home and abroad the most extensive oxidative bleaching agents are hydrogen peroxide, due to the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide bleach environmental protection is not an issue, the prospects are masses of dyeing and printing workers optimistic about. The wool and cashmere fibers are protein fibers, they isoelectric point between4.2-4.8, so under acidic conditions on wool and cashmere fibre bleaching, you can improve the strength of wool and cashmere fibers after treatment. But under acid conditions, hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate is lower, for decolorization of bleach on wool and cashmere fiber whiteness of whiteness that can not meet the requirements, so you need an activator to catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.So the main task of this project is in preparation and applications of hydrogen peroxide activators under acidic conditions. Topic analysis method is using single factor variables in effect of activator on the rate of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide under different conditions, and the effect on wool and cashmere fiber strength and whiteness. Finalize bleaching of wool and cashmere fibers bleaching process.
