| Novel hydrogen peroxide bleaching activatorswere synthesized and explored the low temperature performance.In this paper, we designed some hydrogen peroxide bleach activators and planed the route of synthesize these activators. P-Toluic acid and 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid as raw material, using chlorinating agent SOCl2 and catalyst DMF, was chloridized to form chloride, chloride reactived with the compounds possessing the lactam first under the action of acid-binding agent triethylamine, then reacted with alkylating agent to get activors 1-7. All of the intermediate and the final products were characteriazed by 1H NMR, and some products were characteriazed by HR-MS.On the basis of the development of a hydrogen peroxide activator, the low temperature bleaching system of H2O2/activator was established, activator 1 and 2 were chosed to study systematically. And the activating effect of activators on H2O2 bleaching was investigated and the mechamism was analysed.By the orthogonal experiments, we have concluded that both of the two optimal activating processes on cotton was as follows: 5g/L H2O2, 0.5g/L CBA, 40℃and 45 min dwell time under neutral pH, with which a whiteness equivalent to that of the conventional-bleaching system was achieved, but the activator 2 system resulted in almost no fiber damage based on fabric strength, it’s better than activator 1. Thus,the activators had practical application value of bleaching, including energy saving,ecology and environment kindly.The technology of activator 3 and activator 7 were studied and the best bleaching processes were fixed. The activator 3 is 6g/L H2O2, 1.0g/L CBA, 40℃and 45 min dwell time under neutral pH and the activator 7 is neutral pH, 6g/L H2O2, 0.5g/L CBA, 40℃and 45 min dwell time.At the same time, H2O2 /activors 4 to 6bleaching system had good bleaching effect in the room temperature and neutral aqueous solution. And the different leaving groups have provided different bleaching effect. |
