Rubber vulcanization accelerator of many types, synthesis process is also many, including use of oxidized2-mercapto-benzene thiazole (accelerator M) is a synthesis of other accelerator is one of the methods, and oxidizing agents are sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, oxygen etc..Among the many oxidizing agents, hydrogen peroxide has the advantages of green.Hydrogen peroxide in catalyst and temperature can also decompose oxidation, but more are used to reduce the catalyst, oxidation temperature, mild reaction system, reduce side reaction purposes.This paper studied at first under no catalyst, hydrogen peroxide oxidation of raw materials of accelerator M, control amount of material, oxidation temperature and oxidation agent addition time, synthesis of N-Cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide(accelerator CBS), dibenzothiazole disulfide(accelerator DM), N-tertiary butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide (accelerator TBBS) three kinds of vulcanization accelerator.And by the single factor test method to get the optimal process conditions, in their respective optimal conditions, the yield of the product can reach89%respectively,90%,88%.Secondly, based on the foregoing work, first selection of manganese, iron, zinc, cobalt, nickel, copper four sulfonic acid group metal phthalocyanine compound as catalyst, changing process conditions, achieved by hydrogen peroxide raw materials accelerator M synthesis of accelerator CBS, DM, TBBS’s new technology.Through the contrast experiment and the orthogonal experiment design, were found better catalyst and process conditions optimization of three kinds of.In their new technology under the optimum conditions, products CBS and TBBS yield can reach about95%, the yield of DM could reach above96%.Compared with the traditional methods, the use of four sulfonic acid group metal phthalocyanine compound as catalyst, synthesis of accelerator CBS, DM, TBBS new process, can effectively reduce the oxidation temperature, mild reaction, reduce the material consumption, but also can improve the yield of product.In this paper, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance analysis method in the new synthesis process of three kinds of vulcanization accelerator for qualitative analysis, using high-performance liquid chromatography on CBS, DM, TBBS three product content analysis, its content are respectively99.14%,97.44%,95%.
