Each period of sludge disposal cost annually and the minimum sludge disposal collect fee was measured.In addition, In order to ensure the work of resource disposal smoothly, Some safeguard measures should be designing for the sludge disposal, such as policy incentive mechanism, cost compensation mechanism, reduce the sludge production measures and construction sludge temporary yard, and so on. So as to provide reference to construct the sludge resource disposal project for Hangzhou.
