Application Of TnPM In The Equipment Management Of X Cigarette Factory

China has witnessed a rapid development of its manufacturing industry in the last threedecades.And huge amount of investments in assets, high-tec equipments and production linesin the manufacturing industry makes the plant maintenance and management become one keyfactor of running a successful enterprise. In the past the company operators only care aboutproduction and new high-tec machines but lack of corresponding plant management researchinvestment, and this cause the contradict between new machine and old management system.Tobacco industry is the typical capital and technical intensive enterprise.Base on TPM and its practice in domestic factories, TnPM(Total Normalized ProductiveMaintenance) had been developed and have positive effect to improve the plant managementin production site.In this paper will discuss how cigarette factory use the TnPM system to improve theplant management and equipment efficiency.
