Research On Improvement Of Equipment Management In BX Company

Equipment is an important production tool in the production of enterprises and is also the main material basis for enterprises to create value.With the acceleration of the process of social modernization,enterprises 'equipment has become more intelligent and integrated,and the proportion of equipment assets in the fixed assets of enterprises has gradually increased,prompting enterprises to continuously improve equipment management technology to meet the needs of current enterprise development.Ensure efficient and stable production.This paper takes BX Company as the research object,conducts an in-depth research on the management of existing equipment of BX Company,collects problems in enterprise equipment management,proposes targeted improvement plans,and establishes safeguard measures against management problems.The research idea of this paper is carried out in the context of "enterprise investigation--problem analysis--improvement plan--safeguard measures".Through the application of the latest equipment management theory,the BX Company's equipment management situation is analyzed,in order to have a more profound understanding and cognition of its equipment management.In terms of specific research methods,in the question collection stage literature analysis method,directional access analysis method and questionnaire method were adopted;In the problem analysis stage,5M factor analysis was used to analyze the equipment management status,and OEE was used to analyze the equipment operation status;In the stage of developing improvement measures,TBP method was adopted to optimize equipment maintenance process,and EAM system was used to establish equipment information database.Through the above research and analysis,according to the specific situation of BX Company,this paper improves the equipment management system for it,and realizes the improvement of overall risk management from macro to micro,from the framework to the details.The research conclusion can provide decision support for equipment management of BX companies,and has certain reference significance for equipment management of similar enterprises.
