With the expansion of world trade,the shipping industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,the impact of marine power flue gas emissions on air quality has also become increasingly serious.The International Maritime Organization?IMO?places strict limits on the emissions of SO2 and nitrogen oxides?NOx?from marine emissions and sets global limits on the sulfur content of marine fuels.With the rapid rise in fuel costs and the increasingly stringent emission regulations,it is imperative to find a way to effectively reduce SO2emissions from the ship's fumes.Based on the technical analysis of the current wet flue gas desulphurization of ships,this paper puts forward the design scheme of applying swirling atomized deep desulphurization technology to the ship flue gas desulphurization system,and designs and optimizes the technological process of the system while carrying out energy balance Analysis and absorption system material balance analysis,optimization analysis of seawater recovery system and so on,so as to realize the optimization design of the entire ship desulfurization system based on the cyclone atomization technology,and to meet the requirements of ship smoke emission standards and existing space requirements Ship flue gas desulfurization system.Based on the simplification of desulphurization process,the process flow model of ship desulphurization system was established by Chemical simulation software,and the simulation analysis was carried out.Based on the above calculation,the sensitivity analysis function of the software was used to adjust the desulphurization Efficiency of the control parameters obtained when the desulfurization efficiency is highest:the liquid-gas ratio of 6.5L/m3,inlet flue gas mass flow of 162.23kg/h,the reaction temperature is 45?,the inlet flue gas oxygen content of 10%,Desulfurization efficiency can reach 98%.It provides the basis for the design of the optimal working conditions for the power desulfurization system of the ship.
