The wind speed profiler is an important measurement equipment of wind erosion. Because the problems of the common used differential pressure wind speed profilers are large error range, wired connection, complicated to application and inconvenient to move, the RW-64hot-film wireless wind profile is designed and a testing software is programmed by the Visual C++on the PC to realize the data acquisition and processing. The device can meet multi-channel, synchronous and wireless data acquisition, and the testing software can display and process the data. At the same time, the wind profile is given and the function of playback and analysis the historical data is also contained in the software. The system meet the requirements of portable, anti-pollution and a wide measurement range during the field work.The wind profiler is demonstrated in OFDY-1.2portable wind tunnel of the Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. The wind speed values measured by the Testo-425hot-wire anemometer produced in Germany are used as the reference wind speed. The least squares method is used to achieve the curve fitting and the medium of the fluid is the pure wind of the wind tunnel. After calibration, the wind values measured by the profile meet the exponential distribution in the vertical height. The multiple regression coefficients are above0.967and the calibration error is less than0.985557m/s. They can accurately reflect the vertical distribution of near-surface wind speed.The RW-64hot-film wireless wind speed profiler through calibration and the Testo-425hot-wire anemometer developed in Germany are accomplish the field test validation in Wuchuan county conservation tillage test area and Damao Showa grassland. The results show that under the different surface and the same wind conditions, the wind speed data collected by the two test equipment is very close and the mean square deviation is less than0.106493, The correlation coefficient are greater than0.978522.
