In the mine for the detection of harmful gases,the wind speed is an important test parameters.The wind not only to mine delivering adequate fresh air,to protect the normal breathing of underground staff also can dilute the concentration of harmful gases.For the establishment of appropriate working conditions,reduce temperature underground working environment,to ensure the safety of coal production,etc.,it has played a key role.In order to achieve mine ventilation remote control and remote measurement of wind speed sensor is an important component.Now it seems that mining wind speed sensor according to the principle can be divided into thermal elements wind speed sensors,ultrasonic wind sensor,impeller type wind speed sensor.Among them,the impeller type wind speed sensor can be divided into photoelectric impeller wind sensor,wind sensor reed impeller.Due to the harsh conditions in coal mine,wind speed sensor mine must be reliable,accurate and durable.Combined roadway shape,cross-sectional area,the wind speed of these three variables on the optimal location of wind speed sensor suspension were studied.Various mine than the wind speed sensor preferred for various mining wind speed sensor working characteristics were compared and analyzed,select the ultrasonic vortex wind speed sensor as the verification experiment with sensors.Fluent simulation software using rectangular and semi-circular arched roadway to different areas,in different wind speed(2m/s,3m/s,4m/s)wind speed distribution under simulated conditions,and determines the distribution of wind speed range of the standard,combined with the Coal Mine Safety Regulations 2015 hanging position sensors for wind speed requirements,determine the wind speed in a suspended position coordinate verification experiment sensors.This design validation experiments,testing the reliability of the simulation results.
