In this society, iron,which is viewed as the most important and mostapplicable metal material,is widely used in all aspects of people’s life and variousgovernment departments. Iron and steel industry is an important industry of socialdevelopment, it plays extremely important role in the national economy.The demand for original materials of iron and steel,especially the demand foriron ore has been increasing year by year since China became the largestiron-producing country. The problem of insufficient domestic iron supply has beenmore obvious, which brings great changes to the iron sources of iron-producingindustry. The proportion of imported iron ore has been higher and higher, and theregions where the iron ore is imported has been mor e diverse. In order to ensure thequality of the sintered ore, new challenges has been raised in the aspects ofselecting the ore and allocating the ore.Reasonable ore-allocating plan ought to meet such standards as different kindsof iron ore has different chemical composition, the raw ore is rationally mixed tomeet the production demands of sintering. Besides that, it also needs to make thequality item of the sintering process be optimum. According to the characteristicsof the sintered and distributed ore, the sintered and distributed ore model composedof chemical composition constriction and production quality optimization isestablished, which successfully kicked the problems of allocating the iron ore tomake its chemical composition meet the given requirements of sintered anddistributed ore and at the same time getting the optimum allocating program underthe premise of ensuring production quality.During the sintering process, the factors such as moisture content, granulationtime,permeability, carbon allocating, material layer, sintering raw materials and itsmixing proportion,sintering press, physical and chemical performance as well assoftening performance, etc interact with each other and restrict each other. Thechange of any factor will cause great influence to the sintered ore performance. Through analyzing and researching the experimental results, generalized regressionneural network is proposed based on the BP neural network, the accuracy rate of themodel is promoted. The simulating ore blending model is established by usinggeneralized regression neural network and proper optimization design method isadopted. The experimental time is effectively reduced, the experimental results isimproved and the quality and output of the sint ered ore can be comparablyaccurately predicted. At the same time, the use of genetic algorithms realized theoptimization model. Finally, through analyzing and processing the experimentaldata, the optimum combination of the process parameters is gotten.The form-based and object-oriented Delphi is used as the development tool,through combining the object-oriented programming, visual programming, ADOdatabase interface and the mixed programming techniques, the development of theoptimized sintered and distributed ore model is realized and its system software isalso made. The software system has strong practicability and generality.
