In recent years, photochromic compounds as functional materials have been widely focused due to their excellent performances and potential application prospects. Meanwhile, purine derivatives and other biological molecules can be used for detecting organism organ, even for DNA, RNA chain sequence analysis, due to their biological function and easy modification. These biological molecules can be widely applied in the field of medicine related nucleic acid sequence information in biology and medicine, with the development of sequence information analysis technology. In this paper, we have designed and synthesized functional photochromic compounds containing purine molecules via Suzuki coupling reaction. The chemical structures of photochromic compound BTE-1, BTE-2were confirmed using1H NMR.13C NMR spectroscopies and high-resolution ESI spectrometry. The photophysical properties of the two target compounds, such as UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra. in response to the UV and visible light irradiation, were extensively studied. In this paper, we also designed and prepared3’-thiodeoxyinosine and its3’-phosphoramidotioite. The structures were successfully confirmed. This synthetic methods used in this thesis have many advantages, such as easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, short synthetic route, easy separation, high purity and high yield, which have potentials in the industrialized production.
