Energy is the gurantee of economy development. As the development of international economy, the demand of energy especially liquid energy and natural gas are on the rise. China is abundant in coal, and quicken the development of clean coal technology to meet the demand of oil and natural gas is quite promising.Bimetallic Co-Ni catalyst was prepared and applied in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in hope of a combined production of oil and gas. The catalyst was characterized by meas of N2adsorbtion, H2-temperature-programmed Reduction and XRD and activity of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis was tested under the following conditions:240℃、1.0MPa、WHSV=1000ml·g-1·h-1H2/CO=1.8.The influence of catalysts with the same mass ratio (Co:Ni=1:1) but the different metal content for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis was studied. The results show that:12.5Co-12.5Ni/Al2O3catalyst shows highest activity, CO2selectivity and paraffin/olefin ratio,10Co-10Ni/Al2O3shows highest low hydrocarbon(C2-C4) selectivity and5Co-5Ni/Al203shows highest C5+selectivity. The CH4selectivity is independent of the metal loading. The effect of Ni content was tested and results demonstrated that10Co-40Ni/Al2O3exhibited lowest activity, CO2selectivity and C5+selectivity, but highest low hydrocarbon (C1~C4) selectivity, IOCo/Al2O3shows highest activity, CO2selectivity and C5+selectivity, but lowest low hydrocarbon (C1~C4) selectivity and paraffin/olefin ratio.
