The clay mineral in the reservoir mainly makes up of kaolinite, montmorillonite, illite,chlorite and so on. Among them, montmorillonite is easily swell while meeting water, and it is the principal reason of formation damage. In this paper, the hydration swelling of clay minerals and dispersed migration issues such as propylene oxide, epichlorohydrin, and organic amines such as raw materials, three types of organic amines anti-swelling agent was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization and quaternary animation reaction. Effects of factors that affect the synthesis product of the expansion behavior of the reaction, the optimum conditions of synthesis of the three types of anti-swelling agent, as the marker of the synthesis of anti-swelling agent, anti-swelling rate and weight loss through the complex with the inorganic salts with experiments and screening and, ultimately, better expansion behavior of the complex anti-swelling agent.when the amount of substance ratio of ECH to DEA is1:1.2, reaction temperature is60℃and reaction time is6.5hours, this Polymer of epichlorohydrin/diethanolamine has a good effect. The mass fraction of polymer is2.0%. with which the swelling prevention rate can achieve87%. Poly propylene oxide/ethylenediamine/epichlorohydrin synthesis conditions were:reaction temperature is65℃, reaction time is6.5hours and n(propylene oxide):n (ethylenediamine):n(epichlorohydrin)=2:1:2, The mass fraction of polymer is3.0%, with which the swelling prevention rate can achieve90%. Poly epichlorohydrin/ethylenediamine synthesis conditions were:the amount of substance ratio of epichlorohydrin to ethylenediamine is1.7:1, reaction time is6.5hours and reaction temperature is55℃, this Polymer of epichlorohydrin/ethylenediamine has a good effect. The mass fraction of polymer is3.0%, with which the swelling prevention rate can achieve90%.The synthesis of three anti-swelling agent can be water miscible in any proportion, and good compatibility with the brine; synthesized three types of anti-swelling agent and the inorganic salts, to prevent the expansion rate and weight loss rate of the index, the results show: the anti-swelling effect of three types of anti-swelling agent and inorganic salt compound is superior to the anti-swelling effect when used alone, anti-swelling rate increased with the increase of the inorganic salt content, the weight loss rate decreases, the temperaturechanges have a good adaptability, inhibit the ability dispersion, adsorption stabilizing effect cycle.
