Ultrasonic vibration lapping is a machining technology which use the ultrasonic vibration to the precision and ultra-precision, it is a good way to improve the efficiency and reduce the surface roughness value, the process effect is more favorable than ordinary lapping, and opened up a new way for the deep-hole finishing, therefore, it has a great significance to study the application of ultrasonic vibration in deep-hole machining.The mechanism of ultrasonic vibration were analyzed on the basis of ordinary lapping in this subject, according to the specific requirements and design principles of the deep-hole machining, the devices were designed and manufactured, and then through the way of test analysis, the vibration performance of the components of the acoustic vibration system were tested, proposed the amendments methods and optimizing the structural parameters of the vibration system, determine the final size of the lapping device and get a well effect vibration. Finally, on the basis of surface forming mechanism of ultrasonic vibration lapping, the ultrasonic vibration lapping test to the45#steel was done by using the homemade deep-hole lapping device, the quality were analyzed from surface morphology and surface roughness by contrast and orthogonal methods, the study analyzed the trends and patterns of the test factors which influence the quality.The research help to further reveal the mechanism of ultrasonic vibration lapping, accumulated some experience in the vibration performance test of acoustic vibration system and the design of lapping device. All the results can help to improve and optimize all the aspects of the acoustic vibration system and the lapping device, and then promote the application and promotion of the ultrasonic vibration in deep-hole lapping.
