The chemically modified electrodes (CME) is a new research field, which was began todevelop in the mid-70s of the20th century and was closely relate to electrochemical studies, itbecome a research hotspot in eletroanalytical chemistry. The modified electrode have beenapplied in the analysis of biological, drug analysis, environmental detecting, food detectingand other fields. The chemical modified electrode not only can according to the wishes ofdifferent people to bare electrode surface with different properties of functional groups tomake some or many kinds of functional modified electrode. The chemical modified electrodehas good selectivity in the mixture sample. Based on the above modified electrode advantage,In this paper prepare amino acid membrane modified electrodes and application separationand determination.1.Simultaneous separation and determination for ascorbic acid, dopamine and uric acidat β-alanine modified electrodeElectrochemical polymerization method of preparing β-alanine modified electrode,which was used to detect ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA) uric acid (UA), mixed samplesand study electrochemical behavior at the modified electrode. The experimental results showthat, β-alanine modified electrode displayed electrochemical activities toward AA, DA, UA inthe pH=3.0.0.1mol/L buffer solution.Compared with bare electrode, the oxidation peakpotentials were negative shift of the125mV,123mV,22mV and reduce overvoltage atβ-alanine modified electrode. For the determination of AA-DA, DA-UA, AA-UA oxidationpeak potential separation of227mV,163mV,390mV. The modified electrode can be selectivedetermination of three substances or one, which can achieve separation and has advantages ofsimple preparation, good stability and good reproducibility.2. Simultaneous separation and determination for ascorbic acid, dopamine and uric acidat different kinds of amino acids modified electrode.The20kinds of amino acid modified electrode was prepared by using cyclicvoltammetry.Base on different hydrophobic, hydrophilic, positive, negative of each aminoacid, In the pH2.0to10, The determination and catalytic activity of ascorbic acid, dopamine,uric acid is studied by different kinds of amino acid graphite electrode. And the results ofsample can also is used by similar properties of amino modified preparation of graphiteelectrode.
