Lake Eutrophication in natural conditions may occur, but its development rate is very slow, in geological time, however the lake eutrophication problems in lakes is now a hot research problem, the reason of its will become a hot spot for today’s Lake is a large part in lake eutrophication eutrophic stages, to this one phenomenon in human life in the development process of destruction is the main responsibility. The lake eutrophication outbreak will be on the lake water quality function brings great influence at the same time for lake aquatic ecosystem and the survival and development of human and human society’s survival and development brings nots allow to ignore damage. Lake eutrophication is the development characteristic of the natural background and different lakes characteristic that background, but nowadays the world for lake eutrophication research mostly focus on exogenous contaminant of concern and control, endogenous contaminants and algae pollution research and control is very few. Seeing this the experiment in Erhai and study target, by laboratory simulation method of Erhai typical algae algae Scenedesmus quadricauda crescent, four, Microcystis aeruginosa, bran phosphorus type algae were studied, through the ultra poor, poor, rich, the rich, in the5trophic level make myself including the cleansing cream, soap, toothpaste, washing powder, shampoo, detergent, liquid soap, feces, urine, kitchen water a total of10substances in the sewage in medium experiment Erhai typical algae and the algal growth process of some conventional index to test, the data summarized that a SP in line with thesource of the estimation methods, with a view of lake eutrophication research help.
