BiFeO3is a very promising perovskite multiferroic materials, many defects limit its realityapplications, one of the key problem is the weak multiferroic, currently, how to improve the themultiferroic of BiFeO3is an urgent problem. This article used doping method in order to get highperformance. In this dissertation, BiFeO3nanocrystals were prepared by sol-gel method with tartaric acid usedas chelator. The analysis revealed that synthesized most BiFeO3samples are pure, andhave the nice crystal; We then discuss the A/B-site single-doped and co-doped BiFeO3powdersample performance, due to the incorporation of Pr ions, the lattice structure of the samplehas changed greatly, co-doping at A/B-site than single-doping at B-site has better magneticproperties, the surface morphology of co-doped sample has experienced subtle changes; Finally, doping at A-site affects the performance of samples greatly, we found that the sample of the dopingamount of0.05and0.15has not changed of basic structure, the sample of0.1has the bestferromagnetic properties, the change of structural is the main factors effecting performance, thesample of0.15is the worst, sample of0.05has the worst ferromagnetic properties ferroelectric,Co-doped have more effects on ferromagnetic.Recently doping has emerged as a field which is more and more interesting for researchers. theproperties of doped sample after depend on the types of dopants and the amount of doped, after doping, the change of properties is mainly caused by the structure changes.
