Zirconia ceramic bearing rings and ceramic spindle as typical high performance structureceramic materials parts, has been widely used and research in the ceramic electric spindle of highspeed machine tool.170SD30zirconia no-inner-ring full ceramic electric spindle designed inour Laboratory, has the characteristics that the inner circle gully is designed directly on spindle.Ceramic spindle and other typical parts are used widely in high-speed electric spindle, aimportant reason is that they can reduce spindle centrifugal force and inertia when electricspindle worked under high rotation speed, and at the same time, ceramic spindle can improve thespindle rigidity, stability and working life of performance parameters, adapting to the high speedand precision requirements of electric spindle unit.This paper use of MGA1432A high precision cylindrical grinder, MK2710numericalcontrol inside and outside round grinder, PFS-30curve grinding machine and other precisionequipment, research precision processing experimental of ceramic bearing rings and ceramicspindle, and use depth testing equipment of the model of Surtronic25contact roughnessmeasuring instrument, Leitz ultra PMM-C12.10.7three coordinate measuring machine,VHX-1000super3D microscopy etc, to analysis the surface roughness of process specimens,form precision detection, etc.This paper first introduced the development status and prospects of analysis of domesticelectric spindle technology, the basic structure of electric spindle, ceramic materials in the wideapplication of electric spindle, the characteristics of no inner circle ceramic electric spindle andthe design and manufacturing application, analyzing typical ceramic material grindingmechanism, remove way and super-hard abrasive grinding wheel dressing.Through analysis of the main grinding parameters: grinding wheel granularity, grinding wheel linear velocity, Transverse feeding and workpiece speed to the effect of zirconia ceramicsbearing rings surface roughness experiment, obtains the grinding parameters and specimensurface roughness relationship. Using the orthogonal experiment method, analyzes the factorslevel, obtains the grinding process parameters influence coefficient of size bearing surfaceroughness, getting the reasonable processing technology parameter combination.Researching the hole grinding experiment of zirconia ceramics spindle, firstly, design andprocessing to internal grinding emery wheel rod, ensure the stiffness of the grinding wheel meetstem strength requirement, meeting internal hole processing need. Through the use of differentgrinding parameter grinding wheel granularity, axial feeding speed, grinding radian grindingexperiment, testing and analysis internally hole form precision, geting the hole parametersoptimization of the grinding process and improve the surface quality of the hole and formprecision.In the spindle gully of precision machining process, molding tools processing, thenumerical control turning processing and curve grinding processing, and additional grindingprocess experiments and analysis were used respectively, geting the experiment method toreduce cost, improve the efficiency of the machining effective processing, can fully satisfy thedesign of the channel accuracy.For the ceramic spindle other parts such as center hole and face, the round of precisionprocessing experiment, through the different test method, analysis spindle bearing collarzirconium oxide low cost, high efficiency of the precision processing experiment, geting a seriesof optimization reasonable processing technology parameters, improve the key part of electric spindle high speed, low cost, high efficiency of the precision processing experimental studyand provide a certain technology reference.
