Quality safety of animal products has been an important factor in restricting thedevelopment of animal husbandry in our country. And pork, as an indispensable food, itsquality safety has been growing attention. In our country, the increasing pork production,the complexity0f its supply system and lack of effective transmission of productioninformation, make it difficult for consumers to understand the quality safety from the finalproduct. In order to meet China’s pork export needs, guarantee the safety of porkconsumption, deal with pork safety emergencies, safeguard the legitimate rights andinterests of consumers, improve pork industry grade, promote China pork production inline with international standards, this subject will analyze the production safety of pork,research the required hardware and software in traceability system, use RFID and bar codetechnology to automatic collect data in each link of pig growth, slaughter rand sale, andconstruct pork products traceability system making the entire process including breeding,slaughter and processing, transportation and sale under control.RFID, Radio frequency identification technology is a non-contact automaticidentification technology with some advantages, including its long life, long readingdistance and alterability storage information, and it`s suitable for a single individualidentity during the pig breeding and. Therefore, the application of RFID technology to theanimal food safety supervision becomes a trend. This paper describes in detail the systemimplementation process from the individual identification research, system hardwaredesign, each link data query system software design and software design. The mainresearch contents and results are as follows:1、Based on the domestic and international traceability system analysis, combiningwith China’s current pork quality safety current situation, systematically analyze the mainfactors which may influence pork quality safety,for example breeding environment,immunity, veterinary drugs and feed, and establish the research contents and technicalroute;2、Based on the simple introduction of automatic identification technology, analyzingand comparing all kinds of automatic identification technology performance, by using theadvantages of RFID and bar code technology, introducing the electronic label as the carrierto automatic collect information in the breeding and slaughtering process, usingone-dimensional bar code to identify division meat, realize a low cost and high level ofautomation pork production full individual identification. 3、The system uses AT89S52MCU and HY502series RFID reader module toautomatic collect data. By using Visual C++6.0to write a serial transceiver, realize visualmanagement and human-computer interaction.4、The design of the traceability information management system includes ofinformation collection module, the central database and the data processing module. Basedon database SQL Server2008and VC++6.0integrated information environment,collectthe information of pig`s growth, slaughtered and sales, and then input the information intoa comprehensive information management system, providing relevant data to the network,SMS, and terminal inquiries;5、By using ASP.NET dynamic website development technology, traceabilityinformation inquiry system achieves dynamic interaction between the browser and theserver, and basically realizes the pork quality safety traceability system, by debugging andrunning to make the traceability inquiry system eventually standardization, data andnetwork.
