Nanodielectric materials combine fine characteristics of inorganic materialand polymer materials. Especially, the overall performances of materials can besignificantly enhanced by regulatory effects of inorganic nano particles andpolymer matrix. However, the case that nano-particles have extremely strongsurface energy can make particles reunite easily and cause a declination of nano-particles’ attributes. Therefore, the measurement of distribution paremeters forpartical size in nano-dielectrics is significant. Among the many measurements ofnano-partical size distribution, laser light scattering is closely wantched. It has alot of advantages to measure the small partical size and is the most scientificallyand convenient method. For the aim of the researsh, firstly, a measurement system was build throughthe combination of theory and experiment, and the scattering light energy ofliquid phase particles was calculated. The calculation results and the distributionof particles’ scattering light energy in experiments were compared. Thereliability of the experimental system was verified.Secondly, the independent inversion algorithm with high calculation speedand good stability was adopted. The correct partical size distribution of singlescattering particle system was obtained. Scattering light energy of nano-particlesin polymers was measured, and distribution parameters of nanopartical size werecalculated.Finaly, measurements of partical size distribution in polymers were analyzed. The contribution and deficiency is summarized.
