In the optical detection of particulate matter,the detection of inorganic molecules has been very mature,but there has not been much progress in the detection of organic molecules.Especially for organic molecules dissolved in liquid media,the influence of the medium on the absorption of light needs to be considered.The Mie scattering theory provides a theoretical basis for studying the phenomena of scattering,transmission,and reflection caused by the interaction between spherical particles and light.The medium of the particulate matter is assumed to be a non-absorbing medium during calculation,and in reality the medium often absorbs light.The purpose of this paper is to explore an accurate and fast inversion algorithm based on the total light scattering method,to measure the size and distribution of particles in the absorption medium,and to solve the complex inversion process,slow speed,and instability existing in the current light total scattering method.And other issues,as well as the effect of the medium on the absorption of light,the light total scattering method has been developed for the measurement of the particle size of particles in the absorption medium.In this paper,starting from the particle size measurement method,comparing the various methods to choose the light total scattering method as the theoretical basis,taking the milk fat particle simulation liquid as the research object,applying the epioptic characteristics to the light total scattering method to measure the milk fat particle size and distribution.The main research contents include:1 By considering the absorption of light by the medium in the solution,the apparent extinction coefficient is derived using frontal scattering theory,the extinction coefficient is calculated positively,and the extinction value is calculated using the extinction coefficient to apply the apparent tourism parameters to the extraction of characteristic wavelengths.At the same time,the method of calculating the error between the simulated extinction value and the set extinction value through the immune particle swarm algorithm to find the best characteristic wavelength.The results show that the best characteristic wavelength selected by this method can be applied to both the independent mode algorithm and the independent mode algorithm,and it is suitable for the particle system that conforms to the single-peak and double-peak distribution functions,and can effectively solve the wavelength selection problem.2.The standard genetic algorithm is improved,and a variety of genetic algorithms are introduced to solve the premature convergence problem common in genetic algorithms.At the same time,the multi-group genetic algorithm is combined with Tikhonov smooth functional,considering the absorption of light by the medium,the surface tourism parameters are introduced,and the regularized objective function is selected for inversion.The results of multiple comparison simulation experiments show that the particle size distribution inversion method is weakened by this method,which weakens the ill-conditioned degree of the particle size inversion equation and enhances the stability of the particle size distribution inversion process.3 Prepare the milk fat particle simulation liquid,build a particle optical experiment system,and collect the measured data of the prepared milk fat particle simulation liquid.The obtained data was used to verify the above method experimentally,and compared with the results of the particle size distribution measured by the Malvern particle size detector.The results show that the average particle diameter ?calculated by the two inversion algorithms mentioned in thisarticle are 4.8206?m and 4.8962?m,respectively.Compared with the average particle size value of 5.075?m detected by the Malvern particle size detector,the relative errors are-5.01% and-3.52% respectively,which meets the requirements of national standards.
