Postharvest green asparagus(Asparagus officinalis L.)grande was treated with antiseptic, film coating antistaling agents and antioxidants. The physical, chemical and physiology changes of green asparagus during storage were measured and application of effective preservation in green asparagus storage was studied. Antiseptic, chitosan and fungicide were used to inhibite the rotting pathogens of green asparagus, seeking effective antibacterial agent to use in green asparagus preservative storage were studied. The dipping treatment and nutrient solution absorption treatment were applied to preservate green asparagus storage at20±2℃for3days. The results demonstrated that:the green asparagus were treated with soybean lecithin, chitosan, sodium polyacrylate, complex dipping treatment, ascorbic acid solution,2,4-D solution, calcium chloride and composite absorption treatments, the question of weight lost, degradation of chlorophyll, lignification and nutrition loss were under control. All these solutions were applied to low temperature storage experiments.Dipping preservation and nutrient solution absorption treatments were used in green asparagus storage at0-2℃. The results showed that: the composite absorption treatment significantly inhibited the rotting, the ratio of rotting was0%after being stored for35days. Soybean lecithin dipping treatment remarkable inhibited the degradation of chlorophyll, the chlorophyll content was67.96%of the initial content after being stored for35days. The absorption treatment increased the weight of green asparagus during storage so that effectively contiol the occurrence of wilting. Complex dipping treatment and composite absorption treatment significantly retarded the lignification of green asparagus, the firmness of the middle section of green asparagus storage for35days respectively increased by30.1%,33.3%,31.5%and37.5%after being treated with complex dipping treatment and composite absorption treatment. Soybean lecithin, high molecular weight chitosan(HMCTS), complex dipping treatment,10mg/kg2,4-D and composite absorption treatment could significantly reduce the loss of Vc content, inhibit the accumulation of MDA, decrease lignin content and shear intensity, so delay the course of senescence. This paper also studied the inhibition of rotting pathogen of green asparagus. The results indicated that:sodium dehydroacetate could most effectively inhibite the mycelial growth and spomlation of Fusacia, however, it didn’t have obvious inhibitory effect on spore germination. The effect of hydrogen peroxide on inhibiting the growth of Envinia cartotvor a was most remarkable, the MIC to Enwinia cartotvora was40mg/mL. Among four kinds of chitosan, water-soluble chitosan and HMCTS could remarkerble inhibite the growth of Fusacia and Envinia cartotvora respectively. The green asparagus was coated with pathogens which after antibacterial treatment, the results showed that, Fusacia after been inhibited by0.5mg/mL HMCTS and0.25mg/mL water-soluble chitosan, Envinia cartotvora after been inhibited by lmg/mL HMCTS and water-soluble chitosan both lost the infection ability.
