The Reflection On The Development Of Cangnan Tea Culture

Cangnan is the southernmost county of Zhejiang province and borders Fujian. It has a long history of tea. The climate and soil here is very suitable for tea production. In the last decades, tea industry of Cangnan county had made great progress. With the development of tea industry, the development of tea culture becomes more and more significant. Tea culture research is a newborn issue for Cangnan, although with a long history of tea culture. In this paper, we did research in tea culture of Cangnan, aimed to promote industrial development by tea. We completely investigated and analyzed the current situation and the existing problem, found the cause, viewed to provide some suggestion for the development of tea culture in Cangnan. The results are as follows:1.the tea industry of Cangnan still has many problems. Such as the ratio of cloning high quality tea seedlings is low, the organization of high quality tea seedlings is also not very reasonable, the first output value is not high and lack of marketing channel, the enterprise scale is not large and lack of professionals and so on. Tea enterprises should strengthen their product-and brands’building, increase technology injection, draft the mechanism of talent introduction policies, strengthen the training of professional skill and enrich culture connotation of tea enterprises.2.the coherence of Cangnan tea culture and tea industry is not enough. Brand consciousness is weak and the first output value is not high. Tea enterprises strengthen their product-and brands’building, establish strict production standard, quality supervision and brand supervision mechanism, in order to promote brand building and ensure production quality. To realize the integration and stretch of the first, the second and the third industrial chain by developing the leisure travel of tea culture.3.the cultural facility construction of Cangnan tea custom and tea activities, and the exploration of tea culture is not deep enough. We ought to increase publicity of tea culture, organize more people to explore tea history of Cangnan deeply, and complete the construction of tea culture infrastructure.4.the government of Cangnan don’t pay enough attention on tea culture and tea industry. As a result, the development of tea culture and tea industry is lack of policy support and policy guidance. The government should first introduce relevant policies according with the practice of tea culture and tea industry of Cangnan, then draw up concrete and operable measures, last guide the development of tea culture and tea industry of Cangnan. In addition, the government should build Cangnan tea museum and open tea culture tourism project.
