Our country is already short of water on per capita, however, the limited waterresources is polluted by a large number of city life sewage and industrial wastewater,this lead to the volume of water resources more poor. The shortage of water resourcesand polluted have affected the normal life of residents in cities and the developmentof industrial enterprises. If taking part of the sewage used for industry and city waterafter advanced treatment, not only can ease the tension of water resources problems,but also can reduce the pollution of the environment and achieve a win-win situationof the social benefits and environmental benefits.Coagulation and sedimentation technology is an important method to controlwater quality, however, long coagulation reaction time and large square foot arecharacters of traditional coagulated equipments. In consideration of the current situationthat shortage of land resources in China, the site selection of water plant is a big trouble.So developing a new coagulation equipment which can shorten coagulation reactiontime and reduce square foot is particularly necessary.This paper takes Changchun Beijiao sewage treatment plant as the researchobject, according to the micro swirl coagulation principle, designing a new microvortex coagulation device, and using the equipment to do simulated experiment andconfirmatory experiment, verifying the treatment efficiency of two sewage planteffluent.According to the results of simulated experiment, coagulant concentration of40mg/L is the change point of removal rate; It increases with the increasing of settlingtime, the settlement rate is rapid within20min, when the precipitation time exceeds20min, the removal rate increases a little and grows slowly; When the flocculationtime is more than10min, kaolin removal rate increases first and then decreases withthe increased amount of coagulant; When it is less than or equal to10min, theremoval rate increases with the increased amount of coagulant; When the crosssection width of reactor is70mm, the spoiler plate width is50mm, effluent quality ofcoagulation reactor is the best, the maximum efficiency is92.2%. According to the results of confirmatory experiment, under the conditions of thecoagulation equipment stably operated, the turbidity concentration of effluent is2-5NTU, the removal efficiency of turbidity is77.3-89%; the CODcr concentration ofeffluent is35.4-41.2mg/L, the removal rate of CODcr is21.7-30.9%; the SSconcentration of effluent is6.8-9.9mg/L, the removal rate of SS is50.5-60.3%; theNH3-N concentration of effluent is15.5-16.9mg/L, the removal rate of NH3-N is8.5-12.5%. Expect NH3-N, other indexes can meet the requirements of reused waterquality. If this technology can be used in the city sewage treatment and reuse forindustrial water, filter or adsorption process will be needed after this to removedissolved pollutants.
