With the development of auto industry and need of environment protection, stricterstandard of friction materials forward.The study based on the status and development ofauto industry, taken consideration of heat fade at high temperature of resin, and the practicalapplicability, economy and environmental protection property, new patter green frictionmaterial is development by prilling, part prilling, second bonder, bionic physical design, andtheoretical basis and test data of study and analys of new pattern friction material areprovided.Friction-wear test of prilling friction material, part prilling friction material, bionic frictionmaterial are done in the paper,theory of tribology performance of these kinds of frictionmaterial, and wear appearance of friction is observed and analysed.Rubbing factor of prilling friction materials is higher and more steady, factor is promotedby4.6311.67%, wear rate is from0.33to0,664which is51.5967.48%lower. The bestwear efficient friction materials is despoticed by particle110mm and810mm.The rubbing factor of part prilling friction materials which proportion of practle andpowder is2:1is better than1:1and1:2. The rubbing factor of part prilling friction materialsis higher than powder friction materials. The rubbing factor of part prilling friction materialsis creasing with temperature.The rubbing factor of friction materials which proportion of1-10mm practicle topowder is2:1is most optimum and steady.The wear rate of friction materials whichproportion of practicle to powder is2:1is lower excluding13mm. Wear rate of partprilling friction material is10.9%39.47%lower than normal friction materials. The bestwear effect is1-10mm when the proportion is2:1. Through orthogonal experiment and rangeanalysis, the optimal second bonder formula is that resin is9%,sulphur is6%, tin is6%.Friction-wear property and failure mechnism are studyed, beehive bionic friction materialsmade of practicle which is like cell.The best proportion of friction materials is that S is6%, tin is6%, resin in the practicle is6%,out of resin is7%, average diameter of practicle of is5mm. Lack-of-fit test,regression equation fit well. Mechnism of action of second bongder and prilling is analysed;friction, mechnism property, heat resistance and thermal conductivity and their interactionand synergistic effrct and theory are explored, the influence of all factor is summarised.Technological basis and theoritical data of high performance is provided.
