Traditional fireworks are made by hand whisking a mix of a variety of ultra-thin(Particle size<74 um)chemicals in a mixture of chemicals that are very dangerous.First of all,due to the super fine powder of such open bracts,the dust particles in the mixture are extremely high and the drug is sprayed seriously,which can lead to extremely high dust concentration in the production process,which is easy to reach the saturation state.As long as there is a little spark in the air(such as the impact of electrostatic or black metal),it is easy to cause the explosion,and it is difficult to produce safely.Secondly,dust floating in the air is difficult to recover,which will cause great pollution to the surrounding environment of the production plant.Third,the floating dust,which is easily inhaled by the human body,is a serious threat to people's health;Finally,such fine dust restricts the automatic production of fireworks.Therefore,the granulation of fireworks is not only beneficial to environmental protection and human health,but also conducive to the safety of automatic production of fireworks.In view of that necessity and particularity of the granulation of the firework,and analyze the exist prilling technique,a new method of pelletizing is proposed.This paper not only analyzes the principle and structure characteristics of the rolling granulation technology,but also designs the structure of key components such as roller and toothed plate assembly and screen mesh,discusses the selection of the correlative parameters of extrusion granulation,and briefly analyzes the influence of each parameter on the efficiency of extrusion granulation.According to the above introduction of the rolling granulation technology,the paper selects the influence of its parameter extruding Angle ? and the rotation speed n on the extrusion efficiency to carry out single factor analysis,and establishes the three-dimensional fluid model through Solid Works,and uses ANSYS CFX finite element software to simulate the rolling process.The simulation analysis shows that the extrusion Angle at 65 ° ~ 70 ° granulating efficiency is higher;The simulation analysis shows that the extrusion Angle at 65 ° ~ 70 ° granulating efficiency is higher;The rotation speed is more efficient at about 20r/min;It provides theoretical reference for the optimization design of granulation equipment.Then,on the basis of simulation analysis,the extrusion Angle of the extruded granulator was experimentally analyzed by means of a simple roller extruding device.By adjusting the size of the pressure Angle of the extrusion Angle,the experiment was repeated three times in each Angle,and then the average value was selected to analyze the influence of the change of extrusion Angle on the extrusion efficiency.Can be the result of the experiment and simulation analysis,based on the analysis of the results,select extrusion Angle is 65 °.In addition,the extrusion process of the extrusion Angle is verified by field,which can be improved by 8% compared with the initial design.
